Our proposal stems from our own story of overcoming adversity. After going through difficult experiences that disconnected us from ourselves, we found a path to healing in yoga and meditation.
Heartful Yoga is our way of understanding life.

We combine meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, systemic constellations and cathartic breathing techniques to help you—drawing on our personal experience—to:
* Calm the nervous system and reduce everyday stress levels.
* Strengthen the mind, body and self-esteem.
* Reconnect with your deepest essence.

Your Tailor-Made Stay
Heartful Yoga runs 10-day retreats so you can design your ideal stay:
* Total flexibility: Stay as many days as you like (max. 10)
* If you book a 3-day retreat, you’ll get the fourth night for 50% the price
* If you book between 5 and 9 days, you get one extra day for free
* If you book 10 days, we’ll reduce the price by 1 night
