Yoga appeared in his life without warning in 2009.

He comes from an emotionally convulsive past, with different addictions such as food, coffee, chocolate, tobacco, and other habits that were very harmful to his health and balance.

Thanks to yoga, mindfulness, and healthy eating he was gradually but progressively able to turn around all those vital circumstances. His yoga training was lived for 9 months as a volunteer in the Sirius Association of Caudill (Castellón). It arose in him the desire to share this way of life with others based on his own experience.
